Prices include: utilities, heating, bed linens, bath towels and tableware, final cleaning, WiFi
Prices do not include: overnight accomodation tax (€ 3,5/day each guest over 10 years, for a maximum of 10 days)
Linens are changed every 7 days (and every change of guests)
Cleaning is carried out every 7 days (and every change of guests)
Minimum stay is 4 days. For shorter period please contact me
