Upfront payment
In order to secure your booking, an upfront payment equivalent to 30% of the bill for the whole stay (the equivalent of a one-night stay is the minimum amount requested) is requested by bank transfer, to the following account:

Cash in full at the check in
Cancellation policy
For cancellations up to 30 days before the stay, the full upfront payment will be refunded (less bank commission)
No refunds will be made in case of cancellations less than 20 days before the stay or "no shows".
Check in and Check out times
Check in is from 02.00 pm onward on the day of arrival
Check out is required by 10.00 am of the day of departure
For particular exigencies, please contact the owner
Guests will be welcomed by the owner of the flat or by a deputy and will be required to show a valid document as stated by the Italian Law

Pets policy
We are sorry but pets are not allowed in the flat
